These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the websites, online booking tools, and on-site services of IFLO Air Tech LLC (“IFLO Air Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2) Definitions
“Services” include our websites and all installation, setup, support, and related offerings. “Work Order” means a booking confirmation, invoice, or written scope describing your specific job.
3) Scope of services
We install smart, low-profile solutions intended to help reduce A/C condensate drain clogs and water-damage risk, and we assist with app/device setup. The exact scope, inclusions/exclusions, and any surcharges (e.g., attic or hard-to-a equipment) will be shown on your Work Order.
4) Quotes, pricing & changes

Estimates: Quotes are based on info available at the time and may change if site conditions differ or additional work is requested.

Taxes/fees: Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes/fees unless stated otherwise.

Promotions: Discounts/coupons are subject to terms and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
5) Scheduling, access & preparation

Arrival window: We confirm an arrival window by text/email/phone. Delays (traffic, weather, emergencies) may shift the window.

Safe access: You must provide safe, timely access to the air handler and utility spaces (including attics, if applicable).

Preparation: Clear obstructions and personal items from the work area.
6) Cancellations & no-shows

24-hour policy: Cancel or reschedule ≥24 hours before the appointment to avoid a late cancellation/no-show fee(a reasonable portion of the service price to cover dispatch/technician time).

Unsafe conditions: We may decline or stop work if conditions are unsafe; a trip fee may apply.
7) Payment terms

Due on completion: Payment is due in full upon completion and before the technician leaves, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Methods: Accepted methods are those presented at booking or by the technician (e.g., card via processor). We do not store full card numbers.

Past due: Overdue balances may incur late fees and reasonable collection costs (including attorney’s fees where permitted).

Chargebacks: Improper chargebacks may be referred to collections after we attempt to resolve the dispute.
8) Customer responsibilities & representations
You confirm that you (a) own or are authorized to approve work at the property; (b) disclosed relevant conditions (prior clogs, leaks, pest/electrical damage, access restrictions); and (c) will follow post-install guidance, including periodic maintenance and device/app updates where applicable.
9) Smart devices, apps & connectivity
If we help pair or configure a third-party device/app, your use is governed by that manufacturer’s terms and privacy policy. You are responsible for Wi-Fi, power, and mobile notifications. We do not guarantee that alerts will be timely, accurate, or uninterrupted.
10) Maintenance & limitations
Our solution is a preventive aid; it does not eliminate the possibility of clogs, leaks, or water damage. Regular maintenance of the HVAC system and condensate line remains your responsibility.
11) Limited workmanship warranty (labor)

Coverage: We provide a 90-day limited workmanship warranty on our installation labor starting on the service date. If a covered workmanship issue occurs, we will, at our option, repair or re-perform the installation.

Exclusions: Pre-existing conditions; manufacturer defects; normal wear/tear; user misuse; lack of maintenance; algae/debris/pests; building system failures; power loss/surge; acts of God; third-party device/app or connectivity issues.

Sole remedy: Your exclusive remedy is repair or re-performance of covered workmanship.

Manufacturer warranties: Any product/device warranties are provided by the manufacturer, not by IFLO Air Tech.
12) Disclaimers
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT CLOGS OR WATER DAMAGE WILL NEVER OCCUR OR THAT ANY DEVICE/APP/WEBSITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
13) Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IFLO AIR TECH LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF DATA, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE). OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
14) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IFLO Air Tech from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.
15) Photos, testimonials & reviews
With your permission, we may take non-sensitive before/after photos for documentation, quality, and marketing (excluding personally identifying items). If you share a testimonial or review, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display it, subject to our Privacy Policy.
16) Website acceptable use & IP
You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce malware, scrape content without permission, or interfere with site operation. Website content (text, graphics, logos, layouts) is owned by or licensed to IFLO Air Tech and protected by law. You may not reproduce or create derivative works without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use of publicly available pages.
17) Communications & SMS
By providing your contact details and opting in, you consent to receive service, scheduling, and promotional emails/SMS. Message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for more.
18) Third-party links & tools
Our site may link to or embed third-party tools and resources we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Review their terms and policies.
19) Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, utility outages, accidents, supply disruptions, labor issues, epidemics, or government actions.
20) Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts principles. Exclusive venue lies in the state and federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida for disputes not eligible for small-claims procedures.
21) Dispute resolution (informal first)
Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting info@ifloair.com or 813-377-8958. If not resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue lawful remedies consistent with these Terms.
22) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
23) Severability; waiver; assignment
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign as part of a reorganization, merger, or asset sale.
24) Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Work Order and our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and IFLO Air Tech regarding the Services and supersede prior discussions.
